I am an IGNOU STUDENT. I joined the MPS program in July 2017 with my admission valid up to June 2022. And I also re-registered in July 2018. But I have not appeared in any of its exams. Do I need to re-register, if I want to appear for June TEE?

Those candidates who took admission to B.Com A&F in July 2020 session have to appear in June 2021 for the first year. The candidates have to submit the required assignments and exam form in the month of March 2021.
