I enrolled myself in march 2021 and received a 10 digit enrollment number. However, I am not able to track my admission status via that number because it shows the enrollment number doesn’t exist. What should I do?

i got a pdf file after paying the admission fees which had this number at the righjt top in bold letters  2110299333 . is this my enrollment number because I cant find any other number in that confirmation pdf ? I have no track of my admssion status and it is very disturbing. Please help
