I am a BA student who registered for 2nd year in July 2019. I have written two subjects of 1st year. So I wanted to finish the subjects of the remaining subjects of 1st year and all the subjects of 2nd year in the month of December. May I know if I am promoted? Can I Write the remaining subjects of 1st year in the month of February because the subjects are seen in the tentative examination sheet or can I write in the month of June 2021? Will the exam fee of 2nd year subjects be transferred to 3rd year subjects which i am going to write in the month of June 2021?

    You don’t need to appear for the 2nd year because you will be promoted to the 3rd year as per the latest notification from IGNOU. But keep in mind that it is mandatory to submit assignments for BA 2nd year.

    My confusion is I have paid the examination fee for the 2nd year BA. The subjects of 2nd year do exist in the Tentative examination sheet. How is that when the subjects of the 2nd year appear in the hall ticket? How will I know that the examination fee is transferred to the 3rd year subjects?
