How to be promoted directly to the 2nd year without Feb 2021 TEE?

Question

I am from MA HISTORY June 2019 enrollment. Due to write the TEE in June 2020 but it got postponed. I have already paid the exam fees and submitted the assignments for the upcoming Feb 2021 TEE. Am I eligible for promotion without writing TEE? How to let them know that I am not interested in writing the TEE and I wish to be promoted directly to 2nd year?

    Yes, you are eligible to be promoted if your enrollment number starts with 19 and you will be soon able to opt for promotion after releasing the form for it from IGNOU university.
