How and where to submit BPC 7 and BPC 8 practical field work journal?

I am student of IGNOU, BA Psychology Major. I registered for first year in July 2018, second year in july 2019 and third year in July 2020.

All my assignments for all courses TEE June were submitted in May 2020. However, due to the pandemic, no practicals were conducted for BPC 7 and BPC 8 at my regional center in Mumbai. I am also not aware where to submit the field work journal. I repeatedly contacted Regional Center as well as my Study Center with regards to the BPC 7 and 8 practicals to no avail for the last several months. Even the RC Mumbai website has no information or counselling schedule. No academic counsellor has been allocated either.

The last date for submission of field work journal for Dec TEE 2020 is 31st January and I am not aware:

1. Where to submit?
2. Will there be practicals conducted by my Regional or study center? If yes, when and how?
3. What must I do in the event that nobody from my study center or regional center responds (which is the case as of now)?
