Do we register for the TEE form only after we submit our assignments? Like I got admission in September 2020, 3 assignment submissions in Jan, Feb, and March, and then may be project. So should I register in Dec 2020?

Do we register for TEE form only after we submit our assignments? Like I got admission in September 2020, 3 assignment submissions in Jan, Feb, and March, and then may be project (Still confused). So should I register in DEC 2020( as uploaded on the website now) or for our batch it will be later?
