Can we apply for MAEDU even if our current bachelor’s degree is not completed as the final exams are pending?

hello…is there anybody who has done or persuing MA.education from IGNOU? I want to enquire about the course. And one more thing, can we apply for the course even if our current bachelor’s degree is not completed as the final exams are pending.

    Candidates can apply for MAEDU only after they get the final result. The final result will be necessary to get the approval of admission in the MAEDU program.
