Can I submit my assignment through post or by someone other?

Question

The situation is I can’t go outside my working area due to our organization’s precaution policy for COVID.

But yes I can do my assignment here and also there are postal services available here.

So Can I submit my assignment through post or can someone other can go to the study centre to submit assignments on behalf of me?

    IGNOU has started to receive the assignments online through email or google upload link so you can submit the same using any above method. Your relative or friend can also submit the same on behalf of you to your study centre by showing your valid IGNOU ID card.

    Note: Candidates can not submit their assignments through postal or courier service.
