Can anyone tell me when I will receive my refund? Also, whom can I contact to know about my refund status?

I have canceled my admission and also returned my books to my regional centre. Can anyone tell me when I will receive my refund? Also, whom can I contact to know about my refund status? I have been mailing to feerefund_srd@ignou.ac.in but have not got any reply.
